Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation seeks a Consumer Excellence & Support Coordinator to oversee the mystery shopping program, coordinate assignments, and ensure data integrity. You will analyze reports, develop dashboards, and provide frontline consumer guidance across HF Sinclair products and services.

You will partner with internal teams and vendors to translate insights into improvements, maintain documentation, and support continuous program enhancement through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in mystery shopper programs or consumer service.
• Experience in quality assurance and reporting metrics.
• Familiarity with consumer support, reporting, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mystery shopping program operations and calendars.
• Review, validate, and analyze mystery shop reports for accuracy.
• Prepare dashboards and summaries for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide direct consumer support for HF Sinclair products (fuels, payments, gift cards, Mobile Advantage, DINOPAY).
• Coordinate, document, and respond to consumer inquiries via phone, email, voicemail, and chat.
