Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, account support, or client-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build rapport.
• Effective presentation and interpersonal skills; able to engage with clients at various levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate relationship with Digital Account Manager and loyalty programs.
• Maintain account activity, milestones, and performance to Digital Account Manager.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure loyalty program technology functions.
• Execute performance initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
