Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track and close-out work order tickets, and submit for billing with all documentation.
• Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, and communicate progress to customers.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures; provide guidance to team members.
• Review submitted work for accuracy and completeness.
