Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead construction process efforts to ensure alignment with budget and schedule.
• Attend job walks and meet with customers to identify needs and scopes.
• Develop and maintain customer base and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Read and understand contract scope and pricing implications.
• Coordinate change orders and ensure accurate billings and reporting.
