Job summary

ADT is seeking a skilled installer to deliver and support low‑voltage systems in customer homes. You will install wiring, test systems, and verify connections to ensure reliable operation and client satisfaction.

You will educate customers on features, perform site assessments, and troubleshoot issues while maintaining a safe, clean workspace and following safety protocols. The role may require evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (additional licensing may be required by location).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency with computer hardware, software, and network diagnostics.
• Ability to safely operate a company fleet vehicle.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and customer‑first communication style.
• Self‑directed with solid time management in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install low‑voltage wiring and mount devices according to site layouts and routing plans.
• Perform site assessments, system testing, and verify connections including monitoring center communication.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and flag defective materials or job inaccuracies that affect service quality.
• Educate customers on system features, usage, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow all safety protocols.
