Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Low Voltage Foreman to lead installation and maintenance of low voltage electrical systems on commercial and industrial construction projects. This role oversees crews installing structured cabling, fire alarm, security, and access control, reading blueprints, and ensuring work meets code, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience installing low voltage systems on commercial/industrial projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics and apply NEC codes.
• Proven supervision and mentoring skills for field crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise low voltage crews on commercial and industrial projects.
• Install, terminate, and test structured cabling, fire alarm, security, and communication systems.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematics to plan layout and installation methods.
• Coordinate daily work plans, materials, tools, and subcontractors to meet project schedules.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and company quality standards.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures, conducting jobsite safety checks and toolbox talks.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate technicians and apprentices, promoting skill development.
• Communicate progress, issues, and resource needs with project managers and engineers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system performance or installation issues in the field.
• Document work performed, test results, and as-built changes for project closeout.
