Job summary

Justin Hall Consulting seeks a Low Voltage Foreman to lead a three-person crew installing commercial low-voltage systems, including structured cabling, fiber, Wi‑Fi, surveillance, and access control. You will drive work through testing, documentation, and customer handoff.

Responsibilities include planning assignments and measurable targets, preparing tools and access, tracking crew hours, reading drawings, coordinating schedule risks, and ensuring proper closeout.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on commercial low-voltage experience.
• Evidence of organizing a crew and completing projects through testing and closeout.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Availability for up to 25% Southeast travel and occasional nights or weekends.
• Preferred: work truck; copper/fiber termination and testing; racks, Wi‑Fi, cameras, access control, intrusion or A/V; OSHA, BICSI or manufacturer certifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan distinct assignments and measurable daily targets so the crew can work productively in parallel.
• Prepare tools, materials, pathways, and jobsite access.
• Track planned versus completed quantities, crew‑hours, blockers, and recovery plans at midday and end of day.
• Read drawings and scopes, coordinate jobsite work, and communicate schedule risks early.
• Install and troubleshoot structured cabling, fiber, Wi‑Fi, surveillance, access control, and related systems.
• Verify workmanship, testing, labeling, redlines, photos, punch lists, and closeout.
