Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Specialty Systems Foreman to oversee installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance across multiple projects. This role requires hands-on leadership and a strong commitment to safety and quality on customer sites.

Travel is expected at 60-75%, with a work window from 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, and potential nights, weekends, and holidays based on customer needs. An EST apprenticeship program is preferred if applicable.

Qualifications

• Education: Completion of Electronic Systems Technician (EST) Apprenticeship Program (if applicable).
• Travel: 60-75%.
• Work Schedule: 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday; nights/weekends/holidays possible.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the installation of specialty systems (5-10 people or multiple projects) while meeting or beating estimated job costs.
• Performs all the duties of a Specialty Systems Technician.
• Travels to customer premises to install, troubleshoot, and maintain specialty systems (copper/fiber cabling, OSP, CATV, CCTV, WLAN, fire alarm, access control, security, audio, etc.).
• Demonstrates Faith Performance Advantage usage.
• Enforces and promotes workplace safety procedures.
• Keeps technical aptitude current.
