Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in the Low Voltage industry.
• Proven experience leading crews on commercial job sites as a Foreman or Lead Technician.
• Strong expertise in CCTV, access control, structured cabling, AV, and networking.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and riser diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor field technicians and installers on job sites.
• Execute installations of low voltage systems per design and specs.
• Delegate tasks and ensure productivity and quality standards.
