Responsibilities

• Install low-voltage wiring and mount devices according to site layouts and routing plans.
• Perform site assessments, system testing and verify connections, including monitoring center communication.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and flag defective materials or job inaccuracies that affect service quality.
• Educate customers on system features, usage and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow all safety protocols.
