You will wire, test, and configure equipment, verify connections, and explain features to customers while upholding safety and quality standards.

You should have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Proficiency with computer hardware, software, and network diagnostics.
• Ability to safely operate a company fleet vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Install low-voltage wiring and mount devices according to site layouts and routing plans.
• Perform site assessments, system testing, and verify connections including monitoring center communication.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and flag defective materials or job inaccuracies that affect service quality.
• Educate customers on system features, usage, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow all safety protocols.
