Qualifications

• 1–3 years teaching or training experience preferred.
• Ability to teach adult learners with clear explanations and guided practice.
• Strong classroom and lab management skills for in-person or hybrid settings.
• Create an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
• Experience using learning management systems and digital collaboration tools.
• Ability to use AI-enabled instructional tools for troubleshooting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training for AI-enhanced Low-Voltage Fiber Technician course.
• Facilitate hands-on labs in copper/fiber cabling, testing, and documentation.
• Prepare learners for CFOT exam and OSHA/NFPA safety standards.
• Maintain learner records in Salesforce/Canvas and track progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve course materials and outcomes.
