Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with low-voltage installation, telecommunications infrastructure, structured cabling, fiber optic cabling.
• Familiarity with OSHA 10 General Industry and NFPA 70E expectations.
• Ability to teach adults with practical, job-relevant examples from field experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training for AI-enhanced low-voltage fiber technician courses.
• Facilitate hands-on labs in copper/fiber cabling, testing, and documentation.
• Prepare leaner assessments, certification readiness, and capstone projects.
• Model jobsite safety practices and OSHA NFPA requirements.
• Use AI-enabled tools to support troubleshooting and lesson planning.
• Maintain learner records in LMS and reporting platforms.
