Job summary

Modern Tek Solutions LLC in Fort Myers, FL seeks a Sales and Marketing Lead to grow our low voltage solutions across Florida. This hands-on leadership role builds and leads sales and marketing efforts, drives new business, re-engages dormant clients, and guides opportunities from first contact through handoff to Estimators and Service Managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of low voltage estimating or related field experience.
• Ability to read architectural and low voltage plans and specs.
• Experience with takeoffs, BOMs, vendor pricing, and labor estimates.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, PDFs, bid portals, and CRM/estimating platforms; able to learn MTS workflows in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Monitor bid boards, due dates, addenda, questions, and proposal status in Salesforce.
• Read drawings and specs to perform quantity takeoffs and develop BOMs for cabling, CCTV, access control, and network systems.
• Prepare complete estimates including labor, material, and pricing; propose scoping and pricing options.
• Coordinate with operations, vendors, and leadership; perform site visits as needed.
• Maintain organized estimate handoff packages for operations to execute.
