Next Level Technician is hiring a Low Voltage Technician in Stafford, VA. The role involves installing and testing structured cabling systems, including CAT5e/CAT6, voice/data networks, and security/AV systems. Qualifications

• 2+ years commercial/industrial low voltage experience.
• Experience with structured cabling, voice/data, or security systems preferred.
• Basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots).

Job description

Low Voltage Technician - Structured Cabling - Stafford VA Join Next Level Technician as a Low Voltage Technician in Stafford VA! Earn $20-$26/hr, enjoy weekly pay, benefits, and steady work with a national leader.

Responsibilities:

• Pull, terminate, dress, and label CAT5e/CAT6 cable
• Test installed cable (Fluke or similar testers)
• Punch down voice and data jacks
• Install racks, patch panels, cable trays, cabinets, MDF/IDF, etc.
• Work safely on ladders/lifts (comfortable with heights)
• Read and interpret blueprints/system layouts
• Install/support access control, CCTV, audio visual, and fiber optic systems

Requirements:

• 2+ years commercial/industrial low voltage experience
• Experience with structured cabling, voice/data, or security systems preferred
• BICSI, Lift, and OSHA certifications a plus
• Basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)
• Working knowledge of telecom/data networks
• Willingness to travel to job sites within Virginia as needed
