Next Level Technician in Stafford VA is seeking a Low Voltage Technician to install and service structured cabling and related systems. You will pull, terminate, dress, label CAT5e/CAT6, test cables with testers, install racks, patch panels, and support access control, CCTV, AV, and fiber optics.

Candidates need 2+ years of low voltage experience, basic tools and PPE, and a willingness to travel within Virginia.

Qualifications

• 2+ years commercial/industrial low voltage experience.
• Experience with structured cabling, voice/data, or security systems preferred.
• BICSI, Lift, and OSHA certifications a plus.
• Basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots).
• Working knowledge of telecom/data networks.
• Willingness to travel to job sites within Virginia as needed.

Low Voltage Technician - Structured Cabling - Stafford VA

Responsibilities

• Pull, terminate, dress, and label CAT5e/CAT6 cable
• Test installed cable (Fluke or similar testers)
• Punch down voice and data jacks
• Install racks, patch panels, cable trays, cabinets, MDF/IDF, etc.
• Work safely on ladders/lifts (comfortable with heights)
• Read and interpret blueprints/system layouts
• Install/support access control, CCTV, audio visual, and fiber optic systems

Requirements

• 2+ years commercial/industrial low voltage experience
• Experience with structured cabling, voice/data, or security systems preferred
• BICSI, Lift, and OSHA certifications a plus
