Job summary

Aurum Home Technology in the United States is seeking a motivated Field Technician to install and manage low voltage components of AV projects. This entry role builds a solid foundation as you learn the necessary skills, attention to detail, and pace to progress through the Field Technician trajectory.

You will work on-site at various locations, read plans, perform rough-ins per code, document details, and collaborate with project managers and the operations team.

Qualifications

• Interest in low voltage installation and home theater wiring.
• Able to read construction drawings and wiring schematics.
• Knowledge of local building codes for low voltage work.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong teamwork and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Learn from others and apply skills independently.
• Adapt to job sites and work as part of a team.
• Rough-in low voltage wiring per local building code.
• Translate drawings into onsite rough-ins accurately.
• Complete job scope with care following SOPs.
• Collaborate with project managers and operations team.
• Accurately document all onsite project details.
• Travel to local or remote locations as required.
