Qualifications

• Solid technical skills in Unix/Linux, SQL, and log analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for ION Front Office eTrading applications.
• Troubleshoot trade lifecycle issues using SQL.
• Analyze issues across FIX, APIs, and messaging systems.
