Spektrum supports apex purchasers and allied NATO partners with specialist services in aerospace and defence.

We are seeking personnel to join the CAPDEV-focused delivery team, crafting rapid prototypes and pilots, testing with users, and preparing transition packages for enduring implementation. This hands-on role emphasizes quick, verifiable results and collaboration with enterprise developers and platform owners.

Qualifications

• University/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Engineering, Human-Centered Design, Business Process Management, or closely related field; or minimum of five years of directly relevant experience in lieu of the degree.
• Minimum of two years of hands-on digital application/workflow development within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on digital workflow prototyping and citizen development support to digitize CAPDEV work using approved platforms.
• Work directly with process owners and operational users to understand workflows and opportunities for digital transformation.
• Document current and desired workflows with sufficient detail to identify roles, states, decisions, and data requirements.
• Translate requirements into minimum viable prototypes and pilots for rapid testing with users.
