Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment & Environmental (SSE) is seeking a versatile mid-level SharePoint and Dataverse Developer to support the Data Intelligence team. You will design, build, and sustain data-driven business applications, workflow automations, and collaboration sites using SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute across multiple efforts, and handle requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of relevant professional experience developing or supporting business applications, workflow automation, collaboration platforms, or data-driven solutions.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining solutions with SharePoint and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Skilled in developing solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Skilled in scripting languages (Python, R, SQL, VBA, C#).
• Experience with data migration, cleansing, mapping, validation, and integration.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into practical, secure technical solutions for business processes.
• Support data migration, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and integration activities.
• Perform testing, QA, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for applications and data-quality issues.
• Apply governance, security, and change-control practices for government Microsoft 365 environments.
• Design and maintain SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions to improve business processes.
• Configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, metadata, and forms.
• Design Dataverse tables, relationships, and data models to support reliable applications.
• Build and maintain canvas and model-driven apps and integrations between SharePoint, Dataverse, and other systems.
• Create technical docs, process maps, and training materials; provide user training as needed.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions across contracts.
