Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC seeks a versatile Mid-Level Developer for automation and SharePoint work within the Data Intelligence team. You will design, build, and sustain business applications, automate workflows, and integrate data across SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams on government programs, ensure secure coding practices, and contribute to requirements gathering, testing, and documentation for high-impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience building or supporting business apps, automation, or data-driven solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, R, SQL, VBA, C#).
• Experience creating visuals/dashboards in Tableau/Power BI.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of data migration, cleansing, mapping, and integration.
• Familiarity with secure development practices and RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from customers and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support data migration, cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, and integration.
• Test, troubleshoot, and document applications, workflows, and data quality issues.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions.
• Create technical docs, user guides, and training materials.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders across contracts.
