Job summary

Aircall in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Forward-Deployed Engineer to own end-to-end, low-code AI solutions for customers. You’ll design and deploy integrations with CRMs and help desks, and translate challenges into scalable technical programs.

This hybrid role combines technical consulting with product awareness, cross-functional collaboration, and customer enablement, reporting to GTM. You’ll drive adoption, coach peers, and shape the AI Voice Agent roadmap while delivering measurable business

Qualifications

Client-facing experience required.
0-6+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integration-focused project management.
Strong ability to lead cross-functional projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions to map processes and define solution architecture.
Design, build, and deploy integrations using low-code tools with API connectors.
Collaborate with Engineering to validate feasibility and share learnings.
Define intents, prompts, actions, and performance metrics for the AI Agent.
Manage complex, cross-functional deployments across timelines and scope.
Create scalable models and reusable frameworks for future projects.
Lead enablement and training to raise team capability.
Drive outbound campaigns within the existing customer base with GTM teams.
Own regional top-line targets by collaborating with AEs and AMs.
Act as internal product owner within GTM to shape AI roadmap.
