Job summary

LinkLive is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and deploy custom AI-powered solutions for customer environments. You’ll work on the Customer Success team, learning customers' workflows and delivering high-value integrations with robust production-grade code.

You will lead technical discovery, translate capabilities into business value, and guide advanced AI and integration solutioning for complex use cases.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience integrating with third-party REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, with robust error handling.
• Ability to read and modify JSON-based configurations and data structures.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, generative AI, and conversational AI patterns; explain feasibility and tradeoffs.
• Able to deliver well-tested production code independently.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving in live customer environments.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand contact center operations and integrations.
• Design, prototype, and deploy custom solutions and configurations in customer environments.
• Build custom integrations and workflows connecting CRM, telephony, and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex deployment issues with Support and Engineering.
• Advise on implementation best practices and platform optimization.
