Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food and beverage or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and training skills with a focus on guest service.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to safety, sanitation and Concord standards.

Responsibilities

• Open and close shifts according to the manager’s checklist.
• Train, maintain, and enforce service standards using menus and materials.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment; report unsafe conditions.
• Ensure room service is fully staffed and able to handle business volume.
• Be on the floor during meal periods to ensure coverage and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct daily taste panels and menu classes for staff.
• Monitor staffing hours and overtime to align with sales goals.
• Support party bookings and hospitality suite service.
• Assist with service, seating, and kitchen communication.
• Ensure side work is completed daily and stations reset before shift end.
• Manage repair and maintenance needs through work orders.
