Job summary

Embassy Suites Brunswick is seeking a Lounge Manager to lead the hotel's lounge and beverage operations, including pricing, menu development, and cost containment to support profit and revenue goals.

You will manage a small team, work the bar, and ensure beverage quality and service standards while collaborating with F&B leadership to meet budget targets and guest satisfaction. This is a tipped position with opportunities for referral bonuses and schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED PLUS two years of restaurant experience.
• Some experience with restaurant computer systems and Excel useful
• Ability to read, write, and speak basic English
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills
• Organized and experienced in cleaning and keeping areas tidy

Responsibilities

• Plans and sets pricing for menus and specials according to business and pricing strategies with F&B Director, Restaurant Manager and GM.
• Developcreative menu ideas that are market-driven
• Controls beverage quality daily by ensuring the quality of ingredients and that recipes meet standards.
• Maximizes revenue and controls costs. Monitors progress against hotel and department expectations.
