Job summary

Embassy Suites Brunswick is seeking a Lounge Manager to organize and direct the hotel's lounge and beverage departments to maximize profitability and meet revenue goals.

You will lead a small team, set pricing with F&B leadership, develop market-driven menu ideas, oversee beverage quality, and drive revenue while controlling costs. A high school diploma and 2 years of restaurant experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with two years of restaurant experience.
• Experience with restaurant computer systems and Excel is useful.
• Ability to read, write, and speak basic English; basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans and sets pricing for menus and specials in collaboration with F&B Director, Restaurant Manager, and GM.
• Develop creative, market-driven menu ideas.
• Control beverage quality daily by ensuring ingredient quality and adherence to recipes.
• Maximize revenue and control costs; monitor progress against hotel and department expectations.

This is a tipped position, you will manage a small team and also work the bar.

• Plans and sets pricing for menus and specials according to business and pricing strategies with F&B Director, Restaurant Manager and GM.
