Job summary

Embassy Suites Brunswick is seeking a Lounge Manager to organize and direct the hotel's lounge and beverage departments to maximize profit and meet revenue goals while controlling costs. You will lead a small team and also work at the bar.

This is a tipped position with benefits and room for growth within the hotel’s F&B operations.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant experience required.
• Basic math skills and ability to read/write/speak basic English.
• Some experience with restaurant computer systems; Excel useful.

Responsibilities

• Plans and sets pricing for menus and specials with F&B Director, Restaurant Manager and GM.
• Develop creative menu ideas that are market-driven.
• Controls beverage quality daily by ensuring ingredients and recipes meet standards.
• Maximizes revenue and controls costs; monitors progress against hotel and department expectations.

Requirements
