Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ to serve alcohol.
• 1 year experience as a server or barback preferred.
• Strong English communication.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and service standards.
• Alcohol awareness certification.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to input data in POS/computers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Know menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections.
• Abide by state liquor regulations and check IDs as needed.
• Handle cash, ensure accuracy of contracted monies, and secure bank.
• Use POS systems to input and verify orders.
• Greet guests and take orders with upsell techniques.
• Maintain tables/service areas and present checks for payment.
