  • Greet all Hilton Honors guests at the lounge with warm welcomes, assist with their needs, and wish them a great day upon departure.
  • Ensure the lounge is set up and ready before opening and maintained throughout the day.
  • Manage food and beverage offerings, maintaining them during the shift and properly breaking down and cleaning at the end.
  • Assist and monitor guests' beverage consumption, verify guest rooms using the OnQ system, and post charges to guest folios as needed.
  • Retrieve supplies from storerooms, stock service areas, and maintain equipment according to standards.
  • Clean and organize guest seating areas and workspaces.
  • Answer phones, address questions, and relay requests as needed.
  • Ensure guest floors are properly serviced and bussed as required.
  • Perform roles such as restaurant bus person or food runner as directed.
  • Complete additional duties assigned by supervisors or managers.
  • Follow all applicable liquor laws and regulations, especially regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
Position Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred: 6 months of guest service experience and Hilton ONQ experience.
