Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed Structural Engineer in Louisiana preferred.
• 10–20 years of bridge/structural design experience.
• 4+ years with LADOT preferred.
• Experience managing a team of engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead all structural engineering efforts in Louisiana.
• Oversee structural projects in Louisiana, including traditional and alternative delivery.
• Collaborate with a large bridge group within the company.
• Facilitate work sharing across the organization, contributing to over 100 active projects within the structures group.
