Job summary

Family Ark in Indiana is seeking a Recovery Support Staff member for the Lotus House, a transitional housing program for pregnant and parenting mothers in recovery. You will oversee safety and coordinate daily activities, reporting to the Lotus House Program Supervisor.

This part-time role offers weekend shifts, a flexible schedule, and opportunities to support families through therapy-related activities, case notes, and logistics such as transportation and childcare as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; two years of post-secondary education or certification considered.
• Must be 21+; valid driver's license; able to pass extensive background checks.
• Family Ark is a drug-free workplace with pre-employment and random testing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure safety and security of programs and clients.
• Assist in coordinating day reporting/treatment activities and childcare needs.
• Provide transportation and support for families as needed.
• Complete required documentation including daily case notes and shift logs.
