Job summary

Family Ark provides individual and family therapy services to youth and families in southern Indiana. The Recovery Support Staff oversee the Lotus House residential program and ensure the safety of clients while facilitating daily activities and documentation.

The role requires coordination of day programs, transportation support, and collaboration with the Lotus House Program Supervisor. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with background checks and a valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; two years of post-secondary education or Peer Support Specialist certification will be considered.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to pass extensive background checks.
• Family Ark is a drug free workplace; pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing may apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the safety and security of programs and clients.
• Assist in the coordination of day reporting/treatment programs such as community service, education, parenting, childcare needs, substance abuse treatment and Independent Living skills.
• Provide transportation and assist with childcare as needed.
• Complete required documentation, including daily case notes, shift log, maintenance requests, visitation notes, etc.
