Responsibilities

• Collaborates in planning and implementing validations program, overseeing high-volume validations and payments of claims in Lottery Claim Centers.
• Provides quality internal and external technical assistance to the public and staff via in-person, email, and phone.
• Collects funds, issues receipts, and logs payments to ensure timely processing and fiscal accountability.
• Cooperates with other divisions and state agencies on prize winners/jackpots and verification processes.
• Travels to provide support to other claim centers and conducts inspections at Lottery Retailer locations.
• Maintains Gemini daily operations and reconciles weekly figures to ensure money is balanced with reports.
