Scientific Games is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a mission-critical lottery client environment. You will ensure operational excellence, system health, service delivery, and adherence to standards while leading a local support team and coordinating with central groups.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, oversee inventory and facilities, and collaborate with sales, product, and finance to align strategies with business goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 7+ years in operations management.
• Experience leading a team and driving process improvements.
• Lean, Six Sigma or ISO quality management knowledge is preferred.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations across multiple departments to ensure smooth workflows.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies and performance metrics.
• Lead and mentor a team; oversee hiring, training, and evaluations.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive cost-reduction and productivity gains.
• Coordinate with sales, product, and finance to align operational plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety across operations.
• Manage budgets, track expenditures, and report to senior leadership.
• Oversee inventory, logistics, and facilities maintenance.
• Address operational issues and customer concerns promptly.
• Prepare regular performance and trend reports for management.
