Job summary

ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, seeks a team-oriented vehicle transport associate to move and stage vehicles across the lot during auctions in Framingham, MA.

You will follow safety rules, use the lot tracking system, jump-start vehicles when needed, and collaborate with Operations and other departments to maintain smooth sale day flow. High school diploma and valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• Able to safely drive a variety of vehicle makes, models, and sizes.
• Automotive or auction experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Safe Operations: Always operate motor vehicles safely and practice conservative, courteous driving.
• Vehicle Staging: Support efficient lot flow and ensure vehicles are positioned for sale day needs.
• Operational Support: Safely move, stage, and park various makes, models, and sizes on the lot.
• Efficiency: Move vehicles from the finish line to designated parking spots using alphanumeric ordering.
• Inventory Tracking: Scan parked vehicles in the Internal Tracking system to maintain accurate inventory.
• Maintenance: Jump-start vehicles using a battery box as required.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe work area and report hazards promptly.
• Policy Adherence: Follow procedures for accidents, injuries, or property damage.
• Other Duties: Perform any other duties assigned by the designated manager.
