ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, is hiring for vehicle movement and lot operations at multiple sites. You will operate motor vehicles on site to transport and stage units for auction activities, supporting efficient lot flow and accurate parking.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, be 18+, hold a valid driver's license, and bring basic computer/system proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Automotive or auction experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Safe Operations: Always operate motor vehicles safely and practice conservative driving habits.
• Vehicle Staging: Support efficient lot flow and ensure vehicles are positioned accurately to meet needs.
• Operational Support: Safely move, stage, and park various makes and sizes of vehicles.
• Efficiency: Move vehicles from the finish line to designated spots using alphanumeric ordering.
• Inventory Tracking: Scan parked vehicles to maintain accurate inventory and record movement.
• Maintenance: Jump-start vehicles using a battery box as required.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe work area and notify managers of hazards.
• Policy Adherence: Follow procedures for accidents, injuries, or property damage.
