Job summary

ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, is hiring a Vehicle Movement Associate to support auction activities by transporting and staging units across the lot. You will operate motor vehicles on the premises under supervision, ensuring safe and efficient lot flow.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and be capable of driving various vehicle types. Automotive or auction experience and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license that meets the requirements
• Able to safely drive a variety of vehicle makes, models, and sizes
• Automotive or auction experience preferred
• Proficiency with computer systems and applications

Responsibilities

• Safe operations: Always operate motor vehicles safely and practice conservative driving habits
• Vehicle staging: Support efficient lot flow and ensure vehicles are positioned to meet sale day needs
• Operational support: Safely move, stage, and park various makes and sizes of vehicles across the lot
• Efficiency: Move vehicles from the finish line to designated parking spots using alphanumeric ordering
• Inventory tracking: Scan parked vehicles in the Internal Tracking system to maintain accurate inventory
