Job summary

RideNow Huntsville is seeking a dependable Lot Tech to move and arrange motorcycles in showroom and lot. You will wash, detail and display units, assist with shipments and deliveries, and keep the facility clean and organized.

Responsibilities include pulling units safely, tagging sold units, pre-delivery checklists, and supporting the team in daily showroom and lot upkeep. A motorcycle endorsement and ability to be on your feet all day are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or powersports dealership or auction is a plus.
• Ability to move large motorcycles (up to 850 pounds fully dressed).
• Motorcycle endorsement and riding experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with customers and coworkers in a professional manner.

RideNow Huntsvillehas an immediate opening for a dependable and outgoing Lot tech; capable of moving and arranging Motorcycles in our showroom and lot.

Responsibilities include general merchandising tasks to make motorcycles ready for display/sale, such as washing/cleaning vehicles, keeping our facility looking beautiful, and assisting with facility activities such as shipments and deliveries.

Powder Keg Harley-Davidson Lot tech does not mind being on their feet most of the day, is a team player that will jump in and help with whatever task needs to be done!

Main Responsibilities:

• Pull units in and out each day in a safe and appropriate manner
• Organize Motorcycles in the front lot and showroom
• Assist with tagging customers’ units as sold
• Keep units clean and dusted inside our showroom/building
• Wash and detail units to ensure they are ready for pick up or delivery
• Properly complete all pre-delivery checklists
• Receive parts or equipment orders from offsite as requested
• Keep the showroom and lot clean and tidy
• Assist with other duties as requested

Requirements:

• Experience working in an automotive dealership, powersports dealership, or auction environment a plus
• Skillful and capable of moving large, heavy motorcycles (some up to 850 pounds fully dressed)
• Motorcycle endorsement and riding experience, preferred
• Ability to interact with customers, managers, and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Trustworthy, Punctual, and Dedicated
• Ability to be on your feet most of the day
• Ability to work a 40-50 hour schedule, including Saturdays
