Job summary

RideNow Powersports Weatherford is seeking a motivated LOT TECH to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll move and organize motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and other powersports units around the lot, showroom, and service areas, ensuring safe handling.

You’ll assist with vehicle check-in and inspection on delivery, prep units for customer delivery (cleaning and fueling), and support the sales and service team with logistics while maintaining a neat, safe lot layout.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to ride and maneuver motorcycles and other powersports units (including manual transmission).
• Valid driver’s license required, motorcycle endorsement preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions.
• Previous lot porter, detailer, or inventory support experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active throughout the shift.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs.
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
