Job summary

Revolution Road Harley Davidson in West Bridgewater, MA is seeking a dependable Lot Tech to move and arrange motorcycles in the showroom and lot. Responsibilities include merchandising, washing, detailing, and assisting with shipments.

The role requires standing most of the day and teamwork to ensure displays are ready for sale. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive or powersports settings, the ability to move heavy bikes, and a motorcycle endorsement is preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to move motorcycles up to 850 pounds.

• Reliable, punctual and able to stand 8+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Move units safely in and out of showroom and lot.
• Organize motorcycles for display and sale.
• Assist with tagging units as sold.
• Keep showroom and lot clean and presentable.
• Wash and detail units for pickup or delivery.
• Complete pre-delivery checklists.
• Receive parts/orders from offsite as requested.

Description and Responsibilities

Revolution Road Harley Davidson has an immediate opening for a dependable and outgoing Lot Tech; capable of moving and arranging Motorcycles in our showroom and lot.

Responsibilities include general merchandising tasks to make motorcycles ready for display/sale, such as washing/cleaning vehicles, keeping our facility looking beautiful, and assisting with facility activities such as shipments and deliveries. Lot Tech does not mind being on their feet most of the day, is a team player that will jump in and help with whatever task needs to be done!

Main Responsibilities:

• Pull units in and out each day in a safe and appropriate manner
• Organize Motorcycles in the front lot and showroom
• Assist with tagging customers’ units as sold
• Keep units clean and dusted inside our showroom/building
• Wash and detail units to ensure they are ready for pick up or delivery
• Properly complete all pre-delivery checklists
• Receive parts or equipment orders from offsite as requested
• Keep the showroom and lot clean and tidy
• Assist with other duties as requested

Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience working in an automotive dealership, powersports dealership, or auction environment a plus
• Skillful and capable of moving large, heavy motorcycles (some up to 850 pounds fully dressed)
• Motorcycle endorsement and riding experience, preferred
• Ability to interact with customers, managers, and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner
• Trustworthy, Punctual, and Dedicated
• Ability to be on your feet most of the day
• Ability to work a 40-50 hour schedule, including Saturdays
