Job summary

RideNow Powersports in Peoria, AZ is seeking a reliable Lot Technician to help move, park, and organize motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports units across the lot, showroom, and service areas.

You will assist with vehicle check-in and inspection, prep units for delivery, and support sales and service teams with logistics, while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient lot. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to ride and maneuver powersports units, including manual transmission.
• Valid driver's license; motorcycle endorsement preferred.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Punctual, dependable and able to follow instructions.
• Previous lot porter, detailer, or inventory support experience preferred.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active throughout the shift.
• Must stand for extended periods.
• Able to safely move motorcycles up to 850 lbs.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to ride and maneuver motorcycles and other powersports units (including manual transmission)

• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
