Job summary

ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, is seeking an entry-level Lot Operations Support role in Hillsborough Township, NJ. You will assist with lot movements, vehicle readiness, and inventory control, earning $18-$21 hourly.

Responsibilities include driving service trucks, forklifts, and tow equipment, stamping inventory, VIN checks, and supporting sale-day operations with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to safely drive a variety of vehicles including tow trucks, forklifts, and service trucks.
• Automotive or auction experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems and applications.
• Obtain and maintain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with lot operations by preparing and staging vehicles for sale.
• Move vehicles using a lot tow truck or forklift and operate the service truck.
• Record vehicle movements using electronic devices.
• Assist with vehicle readiness tasks (fluids, air, status checks).
• Maintain lot organization and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with shop and operations to ensure efficient sale-day flow.
