Job summary

Cox Automotive seeks a Lot Operations Specialist II in Texas to coordinate vehicle movement, direct staff, and ensure safety and efficiency on the lot. This role requires a valid driver’s license and a background in vehicle operations.

Day shift with no remote option. The position offers hourly pay between $15.10 and $22.69, with potential incentive programs based on performance and location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years in a related field, or an equivalent combination.
• 5 years’ related field experience also qualifies.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Orient and instruct drivers regarding duties and assist in assigning work.
• Communicate with supervisor to ensure proper vehicle flow and log stock numbers.
• Lead and coordinate crew, schedule assignments, and ensure timely transport of employees and vehicles.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and fueling/maintenance as needed.
• Uphold safety procedures and collaborate with Market Safety Manager.
