ADESA in Boise, ID is seeking a dedicated Lot Operations Support teammate to assist with vehicle movements and daily sale-day tasks. You will drive the service truck, a lot tow truck (non-DOT), and a forklift to maintain inventory flow and keep vehicles ready for sale.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and forklift certification. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with pay at $17 per hour and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to safely drive tow trucks, forklifts, and service trucks.
• Automotive or auction experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems and applications.
• Obtain and maintain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Support lot operations by preparing and staging vehicles for sale, including stickers and moving vehicles.
• Record vehicle movements with electronic devices to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist with vehicle readiness tasks such as jumping vehicles, adding fluids, and tire air checks.
• Handle removal of personal property from vehicles.
• Coordinate with shop and operations to ensure inventory flow to the auction.
• Provide customer service and coordinate with admin teams for sale day activities.
• Verify vehicle mileage, make, year, and VIN for accurate records.
• Maintain safe work areas and report hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
