Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Lot Operations, Vehicle Entry, Imaging, and Inspections.
• Manage daily lot department operations, including labor scheduling and directing work assignments.
• Coordinate vehicle logistics, movement, and transport; oversee lot coordinators.
• Review team performance against KPIs and develop improvement strategies.
• Resolve issues such as missing, damaged, or late vehicles.
• Provide weekly Lot Operations and Vehicle Operations leadership with reports and metrics.
• Maintain relationships with auction, dealer, and commercial customers and coordinate with other departments.
