Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. in West Palm Beach is seeking a reliable Lot Operations Associate to coordinate location activities, support vehicle check-in, and ensure correct identification and inventory entry in the company systems.

You will manage staging and movement of vehicles, assist with lane captain duties across sales events, and help lead EV or bulk crews as directed by management; high school diploma or equivalent and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of related work experience, OR any degree above High School with 1 year related experience, OR 5 years of related work experience.
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates Lot Operations activities for an assigned location.
• Handles vehicle check-in duties, affixes identification stickers and labels, and records VINs into systems.
• Conducts periodic scanning of vehicles to verify inventory.
• Ensures vehicles are placed in proper order for sale.
• Tags and coordinates movement of disabled vehicles from staging area.
• Communicates with other units to ensure coordinated staging.
• Enters vehicle data into computer / data management system.
• Monitors vehicle movement through processing in the assigned quadrant.
• Conducts lane captain duties for regular, highline, 100 Grander and CCE Sales.
• Leads bulk, staging or EV crews as needed and instructed by management.
