Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking a Lane Leader to coordinate vehicle movement through the sales lane, assign drivers and operators, and ensure a smooth flow from auction to block and parking. You will work to improve safety and efficiency of vehicle movements in your designated area.

The role emphasizes adherence to company policies, teamwork, and proactive communication with management to prioritize inventory moves and maintain safe operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field.
• OR a combination of higher degree/certification in a related discipline.
• OR 5 years' experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the physical movement of vehicles through the sales lane to the block and parking following auction.
• Oversee assignments of drivers and operators to promote a smooth flow of traffic.
• Contribute to safety and efficiency improvements in vehicle movement.
