Cox Enterprises seeks a Lane Leader to coordinate vehicle movement through the sales lane to the block and parking, coordinating drivers, jump-start operators, and push truck operators for a smooth flow of traffic during auctions.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, leading presale walks, addressing issues, and maintaining the run list while ensuring customer and dealer inquiries are handled promptly. This role emphasizes safety and operational efficiency.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED with 3+ years in related field.
• Alternative: any higher degree/certification in related discipline.
• Or 5 years' related experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions.
• Basic mechanical knowledge (flat tires, jump-starting).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the movement of vehicles through the sales lane to the block and parking.
• Conduct inspection of support equipment for proper functioning.
• Lead pre-sale meetings with drivers and communicate routes and changes.
• Identify missing vehicles, overflow areas, and other issues and address them.
• Maintain run list for vehicles with issues or late changes.
• Respond to customer and dealer inquiries and concerns.
• Direct vehicle movement to maintain continuous traffic flow to the block.
• Oversee parking of sold and re-parking of non-sold vehicles.
• Report theft, lot damage, or safety concerns to management.
