Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree required; relevant operations management experience preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in operations with at least 1 year in a lead/management role.
• Experience in automotive or auction environments highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.

• Direct all day-to-day lot operations and optimize vehicle flow before, during, and after auctions.
• Develop and execute plans to improve productivity, service delivery, and reduce costs.
• Monitor performance using key metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate vehicle tracking, transport, and inventory management for sale readiness.
• Lead and develop the lot operations team, including supervision and coaching.
• Ensure safety, compliance with policies, and a culture of accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and outcomes.
