Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED with 3 years’ related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Or 5 years’ related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
• Basic mechanical knowledge (e.g., jump-starting vehicles, tires, fuel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize vehicle placement within the designated zone or move area.
• Use Supervisor and Lot Ops dashboards to inform move decisions.
• Pursue continuous safety and efficiency improvements in vehicle movement.
• Move and stage vehicles safely to proper destinations.
• Confirm all vehicles operate safely and engage service/towing when needed.
• Label vehicles with sale and routing labels to streamline transport.
• Communicate with crew leaders and managers about inventory status and priorities.
• Model Cox/Manheim values and ensure respectful treatment of all employees.
• Follow all company policies and safety/health procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned; overtime may be required.
